Ham rolls are one of the ‘go to’ meals here. It is a comfort food that we can whip up in just a few minutes. We love to have potato salad and baked beans with this meal. This recipe may seem a bit aggravating to you, because we really do this by feel. If you love mustard, add a bit more, same with onion, and all the ingredients. It is really made to taste.
Slice the entire pack of dinner rolls in half.
Mix the diced onion, 1 stick softened butter, a squirt of mustard, 1 tablespoon worcestershire, and 1 tablespoon poppy seed together, and spread on top and bottom of bread.
Add a layer or two of ham, and the swiss cheese (sliced or shredded). Wrap in aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. They are so simple, and yummy.
